Yoga Classes with Ute (Pujananda)
Our busy and often challenging lives leave us with the feeling of being out of tune, rushed, tired, stressed, restless, tense or with little aches here, small discomforts there or an uneasiness from time to time telling us to make a change.
Over the many years I have been practicing and teaching yoga in Harrogate, I have seen how Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness can

Classes will continue as blended classes: "Face-to-face" in Gilnockie House Yoga Room and on Zoom. If there is any doubt please join per Zoom to keep everybody safe.
